Q – Do
you deliver and set up the equipment?
A – Yes, I do. I
will deliver and set up the equipment wherever you require, whether that be in a
village hall, school,hotel or outdoor area.
Q – Is your equipment available all year round?
A – Yes,
you can hire at any time of year. Special holidays e.g Easter, Christmas time,
Bank Holidays hire rates may differ from usual.
Q – Are you
A – Yes. I have public liability
insurance up to £5 million. However, I do point out that it is the hirer’s
responsibility to ensure that there is responsible and suitable adult over 17 yeas of age for supervision of the equipment and those using it, at all times. You should always
consider the appropriate ratio of children on the equipment to the number of
adult supervisors assisting them. You will be required to sign my Terms
and Conditions Form before hiring the equipment.
Q – How long
does it take you to set up?
A – Depending on access
to the location, it takes approximately 30-60 minutes to set up the soft play
Q – What
preparations do I need to make before you arrive?
– Clear access to where the soft play equipment/bouncy castle is to be set up, is required.
The ground/floor space needs to be at least 6 metres x 5 metres for soft play (although our
interlocking mats can fit most unusually shaped spaces)
The space required for the bouncy castle must a grassed area at least 15ft by 20ft and within 25 meters of an electric supply .
Surfaces should be a flat and
even , clear of any sharp objects.I will be able to set up more quickly
and enable you to get on and enjoy the play area if you make sure the area is
fully clear before my arrival.
